“…The apartment was just as described, well-appointed, clean, and well-decorated. It was a great location and Randall was very responsive. We enjoyed the small touches like the premium bedding and book of recommendations. However, this place is in a basement and smells like it. There was also a lot of black mold on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms and in the washing machine. We told Randall about it and he said he would clean it up, I guess when we left? If you have a sensitivity to basement smells or allergy to mold, I would look elsewhere. Otherwise, a great place to enjoy Charleston:)…
